I've used this business twice in my time in Charleston, and each time, they've been fantastic. They get you in quickly and get the job done in an hour. Super professional, and their work is top notch. Also cheaper than some national chains. Finally, my son gave the highest ratings for the comfiness of their waiting room couch

My appointment was scheduled promptly after my insurance company sent the claim to Charleston Auto Glass. They did a great job, and were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend! I searched and found them after Baker Auto Glass sat on my claim for 2 weeks without even calling me to say they had received it.

Charleston Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing my windshield. They were quick and efficient, and so easy to work with and schedule. They came to my work and replaced my windshield for me while I was working, which was extremely convenient. I have already recommended their business to several friends, as well!

John Downs and his team at Charleston Auto Glass are 1st class. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day to work around my schedule. They are professional and service oriented. The glass and repair looks perfect. I hope to not have any future broken front windshields, but if I do, I will certainly use them again.

Visiting friends in Charleston and we didn't have time to replace the windshield in our van after a typically abusive Colorado winter. Charleston Auto Glass was able to replace our windshield promptly the next morning. Their service both over the phone and in person was exceptional and the cost very fair. Thank you!

Excellent and prompt service! Called about a windshield replacement and they directed my through insurance contact and scheduled me for the next day. Could have come to me but I preferred to go to office as traveling for work and only took 30 min. Great customer service on phone and at time of appt!
